Rey del Lacio, que dio su nombre a los latinos. Algunas leyendas le presentan como oriundo de Italia, habiendo tenido por padres a Fauno y a Marica. Otras le atribuyen una ascendencia griega, considerándole hijo de Circe y Ulises....
